Please remember that when you make digital documents, or you put them on departmental websites or into Moodle, you are making new versions of what could be copyright material. It is important to ensure that you have permission to use copyright material in this way. As an alternative to making your own digital materials, you may find that the same material is already available on the web, or through an e-journal or e-book for which the Library has a subscription. This will save you time (as you will not need to re-digitise it) and also means you can make links to the existing resources without being in breach of copyright. This website will carry some additional guidelines on copyright later in the year.
